When you are troubled for information for research or study, you can make a reference requests to this library, after which a member of staff will investigate and answer your request.

- Information in reply to received reference requests provided by the library is available to all library users and can be found in the 'reference database' on the TOP menu.
- Library staff narrows down publishable information from actual reference service records and edits any personal information included in the content of reference database publications.
- Cases that seem in no way compatible with the creation policy of the reference database are not made available.
- The information given in answers on the reference database may differ depending on the needs of the person requesting and the conditions at the time of service provision. Reference cases are records of past services, and depending on the availability of new sources of information, content may not be appropriate to users.
